July 16–23, 2026
Pick up your vendor credentials at Kokomo Restaurant (65 Kent Ave, Brooklyn). Only 4 open pickup days available in this window — plan early.
July 24, 2026 · 5pm–11pm
First load-in window. All vendors may begin setup.
July 25, 2026 · 6am–10am
Final setup window on event day. All vendors must be fully set up before 10am.

Load-In Details
All vendors must enter through the designated vendor entrance. Please review the requirements below carefully — security will be enforcing all regulations.
Cumberland Ave & Flushing Ave. This is the designated security checkpoint for all vendors. Do not attempt to enter through any other gate.
Maximum length: 26 ft. Maximum height: 12 ft. Oversized vehicles will not be permitted entry.
All vendors must present their vendor pass and vehicle info at the checkpoint. A vehicle list will be submitted to security in advance — your vehicle must be on it.

Credentials
Vendor passes will be distributed in-person at Kokomo Restaurant prior to the event. You must pick up your pass before arriving at Brooklyn Navy Yard on event day — passes will NOT be distributed at the gate.

⚠️ Only 4 pickup days are available in this window. We strongly recommend picking up your pass July 16, 17, or 18 to avoid missing the Thursday 7/23 final pickup. Passes will NOT be available at the venue on event day.
Who Can Participate
Food tents, pop-ups, market vendors, and festival food sellers celebrating Caribbean and global cuisine.
Licensed operators. Max 26 ft length, 12 ft height. Must be pre-registered with security.
Handmade goods, art, jewelry, clothing, beauty, and cultural products from independent makers.
Sponsors and brands activating on-site for our engaged Caribbean diaspora audience.

Required Compliance
TFSE Permit Required
A valid Temporary Food Service Establishment (TFSE) Permit issued by the NYC Department of Health is required for ANY vendor selling food at KokoFest 2026. This is a city mandate. Your permit number must be on file before your spot is confirmed.

Required
If your permit was issued within the past 12 months and is still valid, you do not need to reapply. Food truck operators should already have one on file.

Physical or digital copy required at the security checkpoint on July 25.
